  We have had 5 star service from these guys, Russel especially has been very helpful always there at the end of the phone to answer our questions, the boys that delivered our hot tub had a bit of a squeeze to get it through our gate but they did it and with a smile on their faces...lovely guys, now we can relax and enjoy, I would recommend to any of my friend & family.

  Pvs installed my hot tub and decking at my bungalow. Very professional job nothing too much trouble. Very personal approach and the guys were very clean workers. After sales is perfect also, easy to get hold of and guys in the office are friendly and helpful :) very happy �

  Russell was excellent and PVS did exactly as they said they would. Supplied and fitted perfectly. Fitters where excellent so much so that we named one of our Rabbits after them TRAVIS. Would have not problem in recommending PVS. Any one in Norfolk thinking of using them is more than welcome to come to our fishery Reepham Fishery Reepham and have a look at our two deckings.

  i have had two projects completed by pvs of Great yarmouth, one was an hot tub and decking and the other was a balcony with decking and glass.   Very disappointed after refit and extended decking , all faults noted and reported , came back on two occasions and put right 1 bit on each visit, other faults never rectified

  Had my veranda fitted Thursday lovely. No hassle no hard selling. Russell the sales man was excellent. The guys that fitted it were first class no mess very tidy, even put my ashtray (which was under my van) in the corner of the veranda. That did mean I could not have a laugh at hubbie scrambling under to retrieve it. Absolutely 1st class thank you guys.

  pvs came and installed a decking to our caravan, it is awesome! thank you Louie and Trav you were great. Awaiting decking and steps to our other new caravan to match. Thanks to Josh for coming so quickly to do the quote :). Have requested Louie and Trav to do the new decking absolute gems thanks lads you were professional without being distant when you did the first lot and trust you to do the 2nd decking in our absence :)

  Decking finished on our baby lodge. Huge thanks to the 2 fitters they worked tiredlesly for 3 days without a proper break and done an excellent job. Drunk us dry of tea !! Big thanks you guys will recommend as much as possible. Managers take note these 2 fitters are worth their weight in gold.
